This ride focuses on pedal precision at a higher cadence. Intervals are a nice blend of fast and slow gears ranging from 12-17. Set 3 will challenge you with a long steady climb both in and out of the saddle, finishing off with set 4 a short sprint x4 that will challenge your cardiovascular system.
